In 2022 INCITY CAPITAL and its partners acquired a 9000 sqm land lot with a former sanatorium building. Our objective is the complete redevelopment of old stock into fully finished apartments and lofts with modern and sustainable infrastructure. 1-3 room housing units located near the beach ensure high buying and rental demand.
The residential building with a total area of 4200 m2 will include 34 apartments with full internal finishing and 2 street retail commercial premises. As of now we have successfully approved technical design in the city construction department and have finalized the construction procurement process. Development is about to commence.
